The c...Hi, found my way here via the Kitchn site. <br /><br />The cauliflower puree is a great idea. Will definitely try making your soup minus the bacon. I sometimes add a peeled, diced apple when I make sweet potato or butternut squash soup and add ginger too and a pinch of hot paprika (like the ginger it is there for warmth rather than heat).Jennoreply@blogger.com
